Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are
- Within Pakistan: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (if applicable)

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
