1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of Khaas Kapra. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colors will be completely accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to any person or region.

3. Orders & Payments By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

4. Shipping Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our suppliers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs, holidays, carrier delays). We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

5. Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement. After this window, the order is forwarded to our supplier and cannot be cancelled.

7. Limitation of Liability Khaas Kapra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
